Guin, Simmons Join Rothberg Logan & Warsco LLP
Rothberg Logan & Warsco LLP is pleased to announce that Rachel J. Guin and Andrew P. Simmons have joined the firm, both as Counsel. Guin brings six years of experience to the firm; Simmons brings 12.
Rachel Guin’s practice focuses on employment litigation, employee benefits, civil rights litigation, and constitutional law. She was recognized by her peers as an Indiana Super Lawyers® Rising Star in 2019 and 2020. Since 2018, she has served as Chair of the Labor and Employment Section of the Allen County Bar Association. Outside of her practice, Guin volunteers as a member of the Salvation Army Advisory Board, Ivy Tech Legal Studies Advisory Board, the Fort Wayne United Programs Subcommittee, and the Three Rivers Ambulance Authority Board.

Andrew Simmons’ practice focuses on estate planning. He works with clients to achieve their goals when preparing wills, powers of attorney, and end of life directives. Simmons has assisted countless families with wills, trusts, guardianships, and estate administration. He also counsels municipalities on a variety of issues. Outside of his practice, Simmons volunteers as Board Treasurer of Camp Watcha-Wanna-Do, and is a member of the Board of Directors for the Planned Giving Council of Northeast Indiana.
