Platte Accepted to Indiana State Bar Association's 2018 Leadership Development Academy

We are pleased to announce that Rothberg Associate Alex Platte is one of 25 lawyers accepted to the Indiana State Bar Association’s Leadership Development Academy class of 2018!

Lawyers accepted into the program are “accomplished legal practitioners” who have been admitted to practice for less than 15 years, the ISBA’s release said. The academy is a statewide program designed to empower and develop lawyers “to be informed, committed, and involved so that they may fill significant leadership roles in local and state bar associations, local communities and organizations, and to serve as role models in matters of ethics and professionalism.”

Those selected for the class of 2018 will participate in five sessions with professional facilitators and prominent speakers from various disciplines discussing leadership principles and techniques, the ISBA said. The sessions will cover the importance of effective leaders in organizations to maximize efficiency and effectiveness, and the challenges and rewards of leadership.
