Rothberg Logan & Warsco Names Bo Holden Partner

Rothberg Logan & Warsco LLP is pleased to announced that Daniel J. “Bo” Holden has become a Partner of the law firm as a member of its Business Transactions practice group. Bo has been an attorney since 2009, joining Rothberg in 2017. His practice is centered on the transactional needs of businesses, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, the purchase, sale, and development of commercial real estate, construction law, regulatory compliance, and succession planning.

Bo received a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from Taylor University in 2002, where he was an Academic All-American. He received his Juris Doctor from Regent University School of Law in 2009. Bo has been further recognized by his peers as a Super Lawyers® Rising Star.
