Rothberg Names Adilov, Guin, and Simmons Partners
Rothberg Logan & Warsco LLP is pleased to announce that Aidana Nurgaliyeva Adilov, Rachel J. Guin, and Andrew P. Simmons have each become a Partner of the firm.
Aidana Adilov’s practice is centered on the transactional needs of businesses and financial institutions. She has over 11 years of general corporate and M&A experience, with over nine years in a large international law firm setting, where she counseled public and private company clients on a variety of domestic and cross-border transactions of different sizes and levels of complexity.
Rachel J. Guin focuses her practice on employment litigation, employee benefits, civil rights litigation, and constitutional law. She provides advice to employers, human resources, and in-house counsel in managing the termination of employees, crafting policies to meet the unique needs of their business, working through leaves of absence and disability accommodations, as well as many other unforeseen issues that employers face on a day-to-day basis. Rachel also represents individuals who have been unlawfully discriminated against or need assistance with work-related problems. Further, Rachel has been recognized by her peers as a Super Lawyers® Rising Star.
Andrew P. Simmons focuses his practice on estate planning. He works with clients to achieve their goals and needs when preparing wills, powers of attorney, and end of life directives. Andrew has assisted countless families with wills, trusts, guardianships, and estate administration. He has been practicing law for 13 years, and has additional experience in the real estate, landlord/tenant, IP, and land use and planning practice areas.
