Dustin Tirpak joined Rothberg in 2015. He is a member of the civil litigation practice group, primarily focusing on medical malpractice defense. He has previous experience in a broad range of injury and casualty defense litigation.

Dustin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, Bloomington. He achieved his Juris Doctor from the Indiana University McKinney School of Law in 2011.

Prior to private practice, Dustin served as a law clerk for the Honorable David J. Avery and the Honorable Stanley A. Levine of the Allen Superior Court.
